A very flavorful garlic compared to soft neck garlic that you find in the Super-Market. Very easy to clean due to the large cloves and hard neck. Ever since we started planting the hard neck garlic we haven’t touched the soft neck garlic!

Note: This garlic (“Music” is the variety name) can also be planted! The best time to plant it is right before the ground freezes, although you can plant it in early spring if you missed the fall planting season.
