FYI -- In 2010 and 2012, we had no peach crop due to frost.
Our earliest peach variety is Flamin Fury PF1. While it isnt a freestone, it is melting and absolutely delicious. It starts ripening shockingly early--around July 12.
Our next peach to ripen is Candor. Candor isnt freestone either although it is excellent eating and is widely known as the peach that wont brown!
Then comes our early Redhavens. Some of these are called Early Reshaven, others are called Garnet Beauty and still another is called Starks EarliGlo. All of these are an early ripening sport of the famous Redhaven peach.
The next two peaches ripen next and at about the same time: Raritin Rose and Redhaven. Redhaven is so popular that it needs little description except to say that it is an extraordinary peach. Raritan Rose has white flesh and is very fragrant with a unique delicious flavor.
Our last ripening peach is Madison. This peach has thin skin and is of good quality.
