Wednesday, November 13, 2013: Opening again today at 10AM!/New YouTube Video

Unlike yesterday, the air temperature will rise above 33F so we have decided to open our stand door at 10AM.  There is an even bigger warm-up coming.  While yesterday if you were out of the sun and in the shade it felt a bit like January, by the weekend it should feel more like a taste of spring, although I would rather refer to it as Eskimo Summer!

For some reason, probably because it didn’t frost until October 23rd and yesterday was the first hard freeze near the inland lakes, the leaves have stayed on the trees longer than in most years.  Well now that many leaves have fallen, my crew (my kids) have to start working on their fall cleanup business –and they have lots of jobs lined up!  Because of this we will often be on the honor system so it is wisest that you bring correct change when you come–don’t forget we now have 10% off all our produce!  If you plan on using a Bridge Card, please call 924-2761 before coming to make sure someone will be there to help you.  To make arrangements to use the Bridge Card call 652-2368.

Yesterday I uploaded a new YouTube video to my coolcontraptionguy channel  the video can be seen by clicking here.  See if you notice a cameo appearance of an unexpected helper!  The video itself was taken while I was building a project for my Workshop Column on Boys’ Quest/Fun For Kidz magazines.

Notice: While we continue to welcome Bridge Card users, 2013 Project Fresh and Senior Fresh/Market Fresh coupons expired on October 31 so we CANNOT accept them! Keep in mind our 10% November discount on all our produce!
